Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments transform\u00e9s en d\u00e9p\u00f4t sont d\u00e8s lors inutilisables et r\u00e9duisent la quantit\u00e9 maximum d&rsquo;ions lithium et d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrons en circulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La pr\u00e9sence excessive d&rsquo;ions lithium dans la cathode ne retournant pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;anode malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;inversion de la r\u00e9action. Ce lithium reste alors \u00ab\u00a0coinc\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb dans la cathode.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement observ\u00e9s lorsque la batterie est compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9charg\u00e9e et recharg\u00e9e. Les segments de 0 % \u00e0 20 % et de 80 % \u00e0 100 % de charge sont ainsi les plus susceptibles d&rsquo;occasionner ces probl\u00e8mes du fait de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9placer les premiers et les derniers \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la cathode \u00e0 l&rsquo;anode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De nos jours, de nombreux constructeurs de smartphones estiment qu&rsquo;une batterie engendrera des dysfonctionnements lorsqu&rsquo;elle passera en dessous de 80 % de sa capacit\u00e9 initiale.
